I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE.
As a senior creative lead and designer, my superpowers are easily my versatility and sense of play. I can get into the big ideas and looking at things in a new way, but that’s never 100% of the ask. Getting in the weeds and untangling a mess is also part of the game for me. I am motivated by figuring out the puzzle.
I bring years of creative leadership, successes, failures, shortcuts, best practices, inspiration, and gut intuition to everything I touch, no matter what size. Shopper Marketing/Retail is my bailiwick, and I get excited about rolling up my sleeves to design Branding & Visual Identity systems. My strength is in print; however, I embrace digital design with equal infatuation.
LET'S GET 'ER DONE.
Wasting time or putting pencils down too quickly, not for me. Being efficient, responsible, and buttoned up works for me, yet I can roll with the changes or cut a new path – easy-peasy.
I have led a sizeable creative retail team creating POS and communications for one of the world’s most recognized brands. Soup to nuts, we designed and innovated, impacted positive business growth, and positioned the brand as a category powerhouse. I learned to juggle and juggle fast. On-time and on budget, done.
I’ve got chops to get things started, too. I have built teams, onboarded new clients, and influenced newly created business units, nurturing the relationships along the way.
DO GREAT WORK.
The best ideas happen when you’re engaged and having fun. Playing with an idea, being curious, asking questions, curating inspiration, turning things upside down, and watching sparks fly. I take pride in producing well-crafted, stunningly designed solutions that get the right people to think, take action, smile, and come back for more -- that’s just good business.
I want to be part of a team that gets what a win/win is and checks the ego and the attitude. Where “sure, no problem” is the quick answer. So, working solo or with a team, my mission is always the same – do great work & have fun doing it.
